**What do you like best about MasterTax?**

It's pretty simple and straight forward for what my department was using it for.

**What do you dislike about MasterTax?**

That some days it would be out of service and we couldn't complete our daily tasks

**Recommendations to others considering MasterTax:**

Was easy for new hires to be trained on and is consistent in performance

**What problems is MasterTax solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Being able to release cash and funds to employees and clients

Ease of use and user interface make it easy to learn.

**What do you dislike about MasterTax?**

I would like an easier "help" system while on the application. A button to just get to quick answer when I question a particular field or component.

**Recommendations to others considering MasterTax:**

I like the ease of this application. I would highly recommend.

**What problems is MasterTax solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It makes for easier quarter-end reconciliations and quarter-end processing of returns.
